Student Information System Overview

Welcome to Trinity’s online student information access site. Currently you can use this site to register for classes, view your current schedule and other classes you have taken, and view your billing account activity.

Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the tutorial provided here. Some helpful hints:

• If you are a new student or registering for the first time, you must first fill out the New Student Information Form.  A username and password will be emailed to you so that you can enter the Student Information System and register.
• Be sure to change your password the first time that you use the system.
• If classes don’t seem to be listed or information does not seem to be current, always check the settings (accessible through the “currently set” link near the top of each page).

Registration Information

Registration is found in the “Records” menu. The system will immediately process your registrations. You may make additions to your registration online through the first week of each regular semester. For interterms, you may make changes to your schedule online up to three weeks before the first day of class. When registering, use search parameters to narrow down the listing of classes to those that are appropriate to you. The system will check your elected courses for time conflicts and missing prerequisites before allowing you to register for those courses. If you have been given special permission to register for courses that present one of these issues, you will need to contact the registrar’s office to have the course added to your schedule after they have received appropriate documentation.

Schedule and Grade Information

The two schedule screens are found in the “Records” menu. “Student Schedule” will provide you with your schedule for the term currently in the settings. “Student Complete Schedule” will provide you with a list of all of the classes you have taken at Trinity, by term. It contains similar information to that of your transcript.  This is where your grades are reported to you.

Billing Information

The billing screen does not represent up-to-the-minute charges and credits. If you have any questions about charges or credits, please contact the Student Billing Administrator, Angel DeChellis. You will not see tuition charges appear immediately after registering.
