Don and Marjorie Kivell are familiar faces at Trinity. Both attend classes here and Marjorie has taught sessions for Extension Ministries. They are faithful supporters of Trinity and regularly make contributions to the Annual Fund.
Ispired by another couple’s testimonial about supporting God’s work at Trinity, Don and Marjorie experienced a “holy nudge” to explore how they too could help ensure that their ongoing support of Trinity would be felt for years beyond their earthly lives.
“We know that God wants everyone to be wise stewards of His resources and were delighted to learn of Trinity’s charitable gift annuity program. We simply changed some assets into a Trinity charitable gift annuity that provided an immediate benefit to the seminary and life income for us with a tax-free portion for 16 years. It also allowed us to thank Trinity for our seminary education, past and continuing, and gave us the opportunity to support Trinity at this important time in the life of the Church.”
