Extension Sites

Trinity and the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande provide the opportunity to study by extension in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  At this site, one can pursue a Diploma in Christian Ministry, take courses to transfer into a future degree program, or simply enjoy a Trinity class close to home.

The program at the Rio Grande School for Ministry is designed for students preparing for ordained ministry in the diocese, but one need not be in an ordination track to participate in the courses.  All are welcome to take these graduate level courses for credit or as auditors.

The Very Rev. Canon Harold L. Trott, SSC, Dean of the Rio Grande School for Ministry, and his Administrative Assistant Paul J. Ballmer, oversee the running of the extension site and assist with course selection and registration.  Please contact Paul Ballmer for further details.

Northern Seminary is located in Chicago’s western suburbs, and like Trinity, is a seminary in the evangelical tradition.  We have formed a new partnership with Northern that allows Northern MDiv students to add an Anglican emphasis to their studies by acquiring a Trinity Certificate in Anglican Studies (CAS).  This partnership also means that anyone in the Chicago area can also take advantage of classes offered in the Certificate of Anglican Studies program on the Northern campus in Lombard, Illinois.  Click here to download a pdf of the brochure describing Trinity’s partnership with Northern.
