PT657 - Anglican Ministry Field Base

Field Based education option for DAS
Prerequisite: Admission to the DAS Program and PT640 and PT 641
Students will participate in liturgical and pastoral leadership either in their current Anglican ministry setting or in a new Anglican environment in order to integrate course work with practical field experience. Once approved, the parish clergy will serve as field education mentors and will oversee and assist in evaluating the student’s ministry in collaboration with the Directors of Field Education and the Center for Distance Learning. This course requires 12 hours per week of supervised internship over the course of a year which includes a weekly interactive classroom seminar that may be mediated through TrinityOnline.
