How to use the ATLA Database
The Trinity Library subscribes to the American Theological Library Association's Religion Index (known as ATLA). ATLA is invaluable for the theology student because it provides almost 1,250,000 records, including bibliographic citations for nearly, 400,000 journal articles, 200,000 essays from 15,000 multi-author works, 375,000 book reviews, and over 1,500 journal titles. How to use a Concordance
A Concordance is a tool to help you read the Bible. It takes a word and shows you all other occurences of that word throughout scripture. But a concordance, such as Young's Concordance, will also help you when you need to look up Hebrew and Greek words. Click here to see how.
